Beef with chickpeas

-Lean beef⠀
-chili Pepper⠀
-Homemade ketchup⠀
Salt ⠀

Soak chickpeas overnight or for 5 hours. Beef cut into cubes, fry in a drop of olive oil, add finely chopped onion, bell pepper, chili pepper, garlic, fry everything. Add ketchup, chickpeas, spices, and salt and cover with water. Simmer for 1 hour under the lid on low heat. At the end of stewing, add the herbs, mix, and turn off!
