hard cheese-150 grams (I have parmesan and Dutch)
garlic-2-3 cloves (to taste)

Fillet lightly beaten, finely chopped. Add finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg with a fork into a foam, add to the fillet, stir the mass. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and stir well again. Grease the baking dish with oil, lay out the” balls ” of the fillet. I make ” balls with a tablespoon.
Bake at 175C for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix with cream, squeeze garlic through the press, and stir. Add herbs to taste. Remove the form with the balls from the oven, pour the sauce, and put for further baking for another 15-20 minutes. Delicious and very flavorful, both hot and cold!
