Accordion potatoes Recipe

Very tasty, fast, and simple!
Try it, you won’t regret it!
Peel the potatoes, preferably choose a not very large, elongated shape.
Make incisions all over the potatoes, without cutting to the end.LIGHTLY coat with salt.
In each cut, insert a slice of bacon, you can alternate bacon with cheese or bacon with slices of champignons.

Top with pepper, wrap in foil ( if desired, you can also put a clove of garlic in foil), and send it to the oven for about 40 minutes (I can’t say the exact time, because it all depends on the size of the potatoes.
You will know about the readiness by the indescribably delicious smell!
