1 large garlic clove
1 teaspoon coarse salt
Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 lemon wedges for garnish
Place salt in a small bowl with the garlic.
Combine the cayenne pepper and paprikar, then add the olive oil and lemon juice to make a paste.
In a large bowl, combine garlic paste with shrimp until evenly coated.
Turn on the oiled grill. Prepare shrimp. 2-3 min on each side or until opaque. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with lemon, and serve
