Chicken breast baked in foil with cheese and tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
▪Chicken breast-3 pieces (whole)
▪Sour cream – 6 tablespoons
▪Hard cheese – 150 g
▪Chicken seasoning-to taste
▪️Dry garlic-to taste
▪️Vegetable oil-2 tablespoons
▪️Foil
▪️Salt and pepper – to taste

Direction :
We prepare all the necessary ingredients. Along the fillet, carefully make deep cross-cuts with a sharp knife. If there are pieces of fat or film – remove them. You should get
5 to 6 incisions.

Chicken fillet is salted, peppered, sprinkled with seasoning and dry garlic and in cuts, too.

Next, evenly lubricate the sour cream so that it falls into each “pocket”. Leave to marinate for at least half an hour.
Tomato cut into half rings, hard cheese-thin slices.
In each “pocket” we put a piece of cheese and tomato. We lubricate the foil with vegetable oil and layout our breast, form “boats”.

We send it to the preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
