Lazy cabbage rolls Recipe

Ingredients :
Minced meat-500 gr.
Boiled rice-100 gr.
White cabbage-200 gr.

For the sauce:

Ketchup -2 tbsp. l
Mayonnaise -1 tbsp. l
Boiled water-300 ml
Flour-for breading

Preparation :

Chop the cabbage not very finely, pour hot boiling water and let stand for 5-10 minutes. This is done so that the cabbage becomes softer and removes bitterness. Then drain the water and squeeze out the cabbage. Mix and salt the minced meat, rice, and cabbage. Roll into balls and roll in flour. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown. Pour in the sauce and simmer for 40-60 minutes.
