Potatoes with garlic and cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

Potatoes: 1 Kilogram,
Cheese: 150 Grams,
Mayonnaise: 3-4 tablespoons,
Garlic: 3-4 Cloves,
Salt: To taste,
Pepper: To taste,
Herbs: To taste

Preparation:

Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
Boil in salted water until tender. Make sure that the potatoes do not boil and do not become completely soft.
While the potatoes are cooking, squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise and mix well.
Grate the cheese.
Put the finished potatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with mayonnaise and stir to combine.
Sprinkle the potatoes in mayonnaise with herbs and cheese.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
