Broccoli and potato gratin Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 broccoli crown, chopped
4 small red potatoes, peeled + sliced 1/4″ rounds
1.75 cups béchamel sauce
2 oz sharp cheddar mix, shredded
1 oz plant-based ham

Direction :
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the potatoes, pork, and broccoli in a baking dish. Pour it with béchamel sauce and cover evenly. Sprinkle with cheese. Covered bread for about 20 minutes. Discover and continue baking for 10 minutes until the cheese melts
