Chicken Stewwith potato and leeks Recipe

2 chicken thights,slice into cubes
2 potatoes,cut into cubes
1 tsp soy sauce
Half tsp dark soy sauce
Half cup water
6 cloves garlic slices

Direction :
Heat the pan and fry the potatoes until both sides are browned, then remove.

In the same amount, add the oil and fry the chicken until it becomes a leg on both sides. Then add the leeks and potatoes. Pour soy, dark soy sauce, and pea pepper.

Pour the water, then slowly cook until the potatoes are soft. Mix it from time to time
