1 large pack chicken wings (about 4 – 5 pounds)
1 1/2 cups duck sauce (I used about 42 of the packets)
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
20 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, sliced
Rinse and dry the chicken wings…
Place the wings in a large brew……
In a bowl, mix the duck sauce, barbecue sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and chopped garlic…… Mix well
Put the chopped onions on all the chicken wings…….
Pour the duck sauce mixture on the chicken wings and chopped onions…….
Bake in the oven, uncoated, in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour, combing the wings from time to time…..
Brush your wings, serve and enjoy
