Potatoes with Grilled Smoked Sausage Recipe

2 packs (12 ounce) beef smoked sausages, cut into coins
1 1/2 pounds red baby potatoes, rinsed and cut into quarters
2 onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
10 cloves garlic, minced


In a large baking pan opened up your smoked sausages, quartered red baby potatoes, and sliced onions and green peppers, set to the side …….
In a bowl mix together vegetable oil, black pepper, crushed red pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, and minced garlic ……
Drizzle vegetable oil mixture everywhere veggies, potatoes, and smoked sausages, mix lightly…….At now you’ll cover and refrigerate the baking pan for several hours or overnight, just take out the baking pan and leave it out at room temperature for about 20 minutes before placing it on your grill

Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and place on medium heat and grill until potatoes are tender and sausages are completely cooked, about 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally and keeping grill cover down on a baking
