Chicken fillet Recipe


1 kg Chicken fillet

1 piece Onion

200 gr Tomato

200 gr Bulgarian pepper

700 gr Peeled potatoes

50 ml Soy sauce

50 ml Vegetable oil

2 tbsp. l Mayonnaise

2 tbsp. l Ketchup

1 tsp sweet paprika

to taste Salt and black pepper

How to cook:

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, cut the onion into half rings. Combine the fillet, onion, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, paprika and mix everything well. Cover with cling film and marinate for 1.5 hours.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients: Put the skewers in water for 30 minutes, Cut tomatoes into slices, cut sweet peppers into large cubes, cut potatoes into rings.

After 1, 5 hours, add mayonnaise and ketchup to the meat, mix.

Next, we string chicken pieces on skewers, alternating tomatoes and sweet peppers between pieces of meat.

Grease the baking sheet liberally with vegetable oil, lay out the potatoes, flatten and put the skewers on top. We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. As soon as the potatoes soften and the chicken is browned, the dish is ready!
