Zebra pie Recipe

● 2.5 cups flour
● 2 teaspoons baking powder

● 2 cups sugar
● 5 eggs
● 1 cup sour cream

● 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
● 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Continuing to beat, add sour cream. Then ● add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix, do not beat again.
Put half of the dough in another bowl, add the cocoa, and mix. Then we start putting it in the form. In the center pour 2 tablespoons of light dough, then exactly in the center of the resulting puddle 2 tablespoons of dark, then again light, and so on.
In the end, it is better to take 1 spoon each, so that the strips come out approximately the same. Put the pie in a preheated oven, bake at 180°C for 35-40 min, checck readines with a wooden stick.
