2cups of beef strips

1 tablespoon of flour

Olive oil

2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce

2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce

½ tbs of tomato paste

⅓ cup of water

Fresh coriander finely chopped


1 tbs of finely chopped garlic

1 onion

Half green pepper

Half red pepper

Half yellow

2 carrots


In a bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, mustard seeds, garlic, soy sauce, tomato paste, and water.

Set aside

Add the beef strips to a bowl with flour and toss to coat

Heat your pan over medium-high heat and add the beef strips, salt, and diced onions and fry till lightly golden, giving it a light toss.

Add the mixture of sauce ingredients to the pan and heat on medium-high till the sauce starts to thicken and add your veggies and sprinkle a finely chopped coriander.

Lower heat once sauce thickens.
