Coctel de Camarones y Almejas Recipe

Shrimp and clam cocktail my way

2 lbs raw shrimp ( cooked in boiling salt water just until pink over cooking will harden the shrimp. Rinse in cold water with ice to shock and stop cooking.
1 51 oz can clams drained add 2 cups of juice. (Optional)
3 cucumbers peeled and diced
1 yellow onion diced
3 Roma tomatoes diced
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
2 serrano chiles chopped
5 lemons juiced
2 tsps garlic salt

Salt and pepper to taste
Clamato tomato cocktail as much as you want.
Ketchup and Valentina to taste
2 avocados diced (Do not mix in it will turn to mush and make your cocktail thick and not appealing)

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except avocados. Chill and garnish with avocados when ready to serve… done!
