1 lb. chicken tenders
1 large beaten egg
I cooked these in my deep fryer on 360° for about 10 min.
(Combine 2 cups flour with 1 cup cornstarch) The cornstarch helps give the chicken that nice crunch!
Liberally season the chicken with lemon pepper seasoning, half teaspoon garlic powder, paprika.
May use whatever spices you choose but the lemon pepper seasoning is flavorful enough that you don’t need to use much else.
Dredge the chicken in beaten egg then toss in flour mixture.
Cook in deep fryer or CI skillet in preheated oil at 360° for 10 minutes.
